Sunnyvale Eichler Renovation with Deck
Expansive Eichler home renovation in Sunnyvale, CA. Installed a large ridge beam to open up the kitchen, living room and entry area. Maintained the tongue and groove deck roofing, which some is painted and some stained to match newly installed wood windows. Custom cedar trellis installed over garage. A new IPE deck was built around an existing tree preserving appearance and root system.
